Do you have a physical store?
At this point, we only have a digital store but may look into expanding in the future.

How much is donated?
We will donate 50% of profits from the #CARETOAWARE product range after the campaign ends
Where does the donation go?
We will donate to charities which are associated with the particular awareness we are promoting for the month.

Where can I follow to keep up with the selected charity for the month and new releases?
We post updates of what is going on, on Facebook and Instagram. Follow us to keep up to date on the nominated charities and releases.
ORDERS
Can I cancel/change my order?
If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us at hello@art3san.com within 2 hours of placing your order. We will not be able to make any changes beyond that period.
Can I send an item to someone else as a gift?
Please leave us a note and your message to whom you will be sending the parcel to, we can help you handle the rest.
Do you offer Team orders?
We do offer team and department orders. Please contact us to discuss your options.

Are your products responsibly sourced?
We are working with local printing companies which are sourcing our products from other Australian businesses.
How do I care for my ART3SAN T-shirts?
We recommend you to machine cold wash your T-Shirts with light colours. Please do not bleach, dry clean or iron the T-shirts.

PAYMENT
What payments do you accept?
We accept payment by most major credit cards and Apple Pay.
How can I pay?
You can pay at the checkout page. You will be prompted to enter your basic information, delivery address and payment method.
DELIVERY + SHIPPING
When will I receive my item?
Shipping times will depend on where you are located in Australia. We ship your items with Australia Post.

We currently ship our products from Melbourne, Australia
What are the shipping costs?
We currently offer shipping at a flat rate of $10 per order or free shipping on all orders above $100 anywhere in Australia (Code: “HAPPYDAYS”).
RETURNS + REFUNDS
What is your return policy?
ART3SAN offers a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the original condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with proof of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet the above requirements.
I need to return/exchange an item?
To initiate a return, simply email us at hello@art3san.com using the e-mail address used to process your order. This must be done within 14 days of receiving your parcel. Once your return has been confirmed, the product must be received back by ART3SAN within 14 days.
Please note that we are unable to refund initial shipping charges for goods returned, other than for faulty items. We are also unable to refund return postage costs.
Once the items have been received, you will receive your refund (item price excluding original shipping cost). ART3SAN cannot be held liable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a registered post service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.
What if the item I received is damaged or faulty?
We work hard to ensure all items sold are of the highest quality. Please email us at hello@art3san.com with a photo of the damages of concern so we can urgently review the matter for you.
